Interview
I was hired at a job fair I attended after my clinical rotation. The managers and director of the floor we're hiring on the spot. They were very friendly and enthusiastic about their floor and their team. They answered any questions I had and were very excited to be adding nurses to their team.
Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
