The interview process consisted of a one-hour interview with the manager. After this hour, there was also a one-hour interview with the staff. I was then able to shadow for as long as I wanted after this portion.

Past experience, why you want to work there, very quick and efficient. Very friendly. Meet with all of supervisors and get to understand what your role would be. Provided a tour of facility and lunch.
During the interview I was interviewed by the hiring manager and a staff employee. The interview was about a hour long. The interview was via video call, and went pretty smooth.
