It took 2 months and 4 or 5 interviews before I was hired. I met with the GME manager for an interview then met with the Program Director to make sure we were a good fit to work together. After the interviews, I was offered the position but then did some negotiating on the salary. Position is hourly, not salary. Good training once I started. Helpful and supportive team.
