I applied for the job online. I was then contacted to do a video interview. After my interview, I was contacted by a recruiter who thought I would be a good fit for the position and I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager.
First there was a phone screening. They asked a lot of behavioral and open ended questions. Questions were not too difficult. There was also a drug screening and background check after I passed the interview.
