Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

sat down with nursing manager. Very pleasant and informal. Asked some basic questions like why did you want to become a nurse? Why do you want to work at scott and white? Why should we hire you? Got to tour the unit and meet some of the nurses working that day.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
