One on one interview with the Administrator of Operations. Professional attire, formal yet the conversation felt natural. Not a dry rehearsed interview script which was nice. I was sent to the interview by a staffing agency and was hired. After working for awhile I learned that the staffing agency supplies almost all of the legal support staff for the firm. It was a good experience.
