Interview
After 2 months, they scheduled a call. The first interviewer was professional and asked me about my technical background, and skills.
However, in the second interview, to my surprise, this person was asking questions not related to the job. Hewas more interested in my personal life, why I came to Germany, and my gap year. I have a feeling he wanted to know if I have kids/married. Of course, I was rejected the next day.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bayer (Warsaw, Masovia) in Oct 2025

I received a response to the position. I scheduled a call with HR through their calendar. No one showed up at the appointed time. This behavior is dishonest and unprofessional.

I attended 2 interviews and worked on one coding task. The first interview was very informal with who I assume is the HR. The second one was after I had completed my coding task. This one was more like a review of the code that I had written.
