I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bayer (Leverkusen) in Apr 2017
Interview
Very lengthy recruitment process (6 months) , 1 phone interview about experience, job offer and expectations. The onsite interview between hiring manager and the department director + second part with HR all behavioral and situation questions . Last around 2,5 hrs with no break. The first interview at 9 a, last 1,.5 hrs, very friendly interviews. They entered the room with 2 cups of cappuccino in their hands and didn’t bother to offer any water/ or drink to a candidate. Feeling weird but anyway didn’t come there for a cup if coffee. Lots of general questions about experience. The interview was scheduled for 1 hr but lasted 1.30. I kept answering questions for over an hour leaving me with no time to ask my questions. Bad time management. No chance to ask my questions and rushed for another interview. HR nice and friendly, lots if questions about motivation and why Bayer. Very much surprised I wanted to ask my questions but didn’t have a chance. Was offered to ask my questions over email. Bayer doesn’t have reimbursement policy for candidates so please keep this in mind
