Long and slow. Poor communication and delays. The interview was adversarial with one panelist remaining off camera through out. That was unnerving . Other members seem not to have read the resume beforehand and were going off on tangents. All in all a train wreck.

First round is a behavioural interview. Requires specific examples. Second interview is technical. Could be a presentation or situational. Possible third round to meet management - easy process. However does take some time.
