Interview
I interviewed with the sales manager, operations manager, and branch manager. I went through a series of questions from each manager, pertaining to different aspects of the company. We discussed my past experiences, the success and story behind the company, the role of the position being applied for, and expectations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bay Alarm (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
The first interview was via the phone with a recruiter that lasted approximately 20 minutes. Very easy screening.
The second interview was more intense and was with the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager. This interview was approximately 1.5 hours long and done via zoom (I came from out of state).
