Baxter Quality Associate I, Manufacturing Supervisor, Quality Engineer I interview questions

Applied online, then phone interview, then on-site interviews. I had 7 on-site interviews (all were one on one) as I was applying for 3 different positions. The interviews were comfortable, most of the questions were experience and situational based. They also wanted to get a feel for which position I would be best suited for, so it was very conversation based and not overly intimidating.
