Interview
1) Met with recruiter on campus and had to apply online
2) One month later, there was a campus interview; 1:1 about 45 minutes
Though they said all candidates would know a final decision from second round of interviews within the next 3 weeks, it took them >2 months to give me a response regarding my first interview!
