Interview
Submitted application for the role and was immediately reached out by the recruiter. I was told he'll come back to me in the next week for any feedback from hiring manager, Emailed recruiter 2 weeks later and still not get a response back. It's almost 2 months and application still says in progress - ridiculous. I don't like Jaron process.
I missed Baxter's recruiter's call about my application so I called back and left a voicemail and sent a follow up email. When I finally received a call back from the recruiter, he said "We will not move forward with you because XXX was not impressed with your experience" in a condescending tone. I've been told many times in the past that other candidates were better fit for the positions but I have never been told about my experience in such a negative way.

Interview
I had a phone screen interview with HR. I was disappointed in the fact that the salary range for the position was misrepresented in the job posting. The range showed it went up to $132K, however, when I spoke with the HR recruiter he said they were only looking to pay $90-$95K for the position and the salary range only went up to $105K. I had I known that, I wouldn't have bothered applying. Therefore, I said I was not interested in the position.
