I got a call from HR and interview was scheduled in 2 weeks. It was scheduled for one hour, But it took 2 hrs. Questions related to system design and some programming questions in C and C++. Interview went very well. But after 2 hrs interviewer was telling me, "I'm from different team and this is my first interview in Baxter. I'm not sure what this team wants. So I'll discuss with them and come back". So I'm not sure how someone takes interview without knowing what is the need. Also interviewer not sure what is the project and what will be the responsibility for which he is taking interview.

I attended a diversity drive in koramangala. Looks like it was just for some formality. Interviewers had no idea whose resumes had been shortlisted for what opening. Complete disinterest during interview. Questions were rather simple and was evident by attitude that they were not interested at all. Very disappointing.
