Interview
The coordinator failed to recognize I was living in another state and kept scheduling the next day, without regard to travel time. The day of the interview, one of the managers was off and the rest of the interview team did not know and I was left in a room for 45 minutes no knowing what was going on.

1 hour written test followed by 30 minute interview
Chemical test based on basic chemistry for conversion that is common in the chemical lab
Molarity of chemicals.
Normality,
Symbols of some chemicals such as Perchloric acid, Sulfuric acid etc
Volume and Weight conversion.
Personality test based on normal questions and very easy to answer.

About 2 weeks after applying online I received an email to set up a phone interview time and they also asked for my compensation expectations. During the phone interview the guy asked about my experiences and how I deal with leading a group on a project.
