Interview
I’ll start by saying this interview process felt questionable. It began with a questionnaire asking for an example of improving ROAS by 10x, followed by multiple rounds of detailed follow-up questions sent over LinkedIn messages. After that, there was a panel interview that felt disengaged and unprofessional.
About a week later, I was asked to prepare a presentation on how I would optimize a campaign. Then came a request for three references, along with yet another questionnaire. The timing of the reference request felt premature and seemed designed to keep candidates invested through additional unpaid work.
Another week passed before I received a vague interview invite stating the team wanted to walk through optimization questions. During that call, it became clear they were expecting a live audit of their actual Google Ads account.
At that point, it felt like the process was being used to extract free consulting work rather than evaluate candidates. After I declined to provide a full audit, communication stopped and I was ghosted.
It’s also worth noting this was for a part-time role. Based on the experience, I’m not confident the company intends to hire and instead appears to rely on unpaid labor during the interview process

Interview
Great interview experience and company overview. The job is onsite near the giants stadium and the pay is just average. They need to allow hybrid work for the pay. Didn't hear back yet from the person that interviewed me. The job is still posted and hopeful.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bauer's Intelligent Transportation (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Brief call with internal recruiter. Then a call with the CEO a few days later. Call was brief, CEO was late for call. High level questions and bounced all around with type of question.
