First a quick 15 minutes introduction call with the HR about some basic information about yourself and then arrange a second call with the hiring team members. However, as they change the HR person, not sure how it goes now.
Besides, they promise to call you with feedback, but they never do.

introduce yourself and why you are a good fit for this job. The hiring team do read your CV/cover letter, so you can say some other things to impress them.
Zuvorkommend und sehr locker. Man hat sich sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Es wurde einem direkt etwas kühles, frisches zu Trinken angeboten. Das Gespräch war viel mehr eine lockere Unterhaltung als ein strenges, ernstes Interview bei dem Fragen abgerattert werden.
