BAC is a busy work environment with multiple, competing demands. What is your approach to managing a busy work load, and how would you approach managing the day-to-day work of this role?

This role involves processing a lot of sensitive, personal information. Please can you explain to us your experience or understanding of data protection practices?

Scenario Question: The application deadline for an Event Sales Manager role closes in less than a week and there are only two applications submitted so far. What are your ideas for the next steps we should take?

Scenario Question: Please tell us how you would deal with the following tasks, and in what order: - There is a voicemail on your phone from someone enquiring about space for a wedding reception happening in 6 months’ time. - A BAC Technician calls to say they are feeling unwell and will not be able to come into work today. - A BAC Producer emails you a draft contract for a freelance workshop facilitator, for checking and sending. The freelancer starts work in a months’ time. - The Executive Assistant is on leave for 1 week, so the Artistic Director asks you to book them a place on an in-person conference. The conference is happening in Manchester in 3 weeks’ time.
