Battat interview questions

Long and drawn out with multiple people at various levels of management. Questions were all the same and redundant. Adding in additional words for the word count so I can read reviews about this company with full access.

First was the phone screen with HR, then onto the Hiring Manager, another Manager and then the President. The first three went well, but I didn't align with leadership well. I decided it wasn't a good fit and declined the offer. Too bad, the people I met were great, but I know leadership drives culture and I didn't get a great sense of culture or being people-focused.
