Very easy, lots of fluff to hide the negatives, like spending $15k/yr on car fuel and maintenance without any reimbursements. Ultimately HR is in charge and doesn't know the job well enough to hire the right people.

Phone screen and then an in person interview with the manager of the department and the owner. Pretty much quick process and detailed. They explained the job well and went into the culture of the company in detail.
