Sometimes interviewed with other people also applying. If you have the ability to sell products easily and confidently you will be great for this job. Also they let you know you need to be able to lift about 30 lbs as the store receives shipment everyday of products.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
