Simple procedure, gave my resume and got a call 2 weeks later for an interview. It was a group interview and was an informal setting. The store manager interviewed us and created a very relaxing and friendly environment. Simple few questions about interests at Bath and Body works, Why retail and few behavioral questions that reflected our personality.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
