The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Dayton, OH) in Jan 2007
Interview
The "interview" was a with a manager or co-manager and four other people who were also interviewing for the job. When you arrive for interview dress as the other associates do "semi-uniform" (black/white wear a collar) The interview was casual and "round robin" ie. all take turns talking/listening... it has been my experience that although the format of the interview might vary slightly two things are always followed: your references will be checked, each person on the list will be called AND when you arrive for interview you will be told to look around the store and bring a favorite item back to the interview location...this is an ice breaker but also a good indication to them if you can sell their product...be relaxed, sincere have fun...casual pretty easy interview
