I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Knoxville, TN) in Sept 2012
Interview
I printed off the application that was online, filled it out, and took it to the store. A few days later the store called me and set up an interview for a few days later. When I arrived, I found out that it would be a group interview, but it was with only one other candidate.
