Not bad at all and no hard grilling questions. Met with the store manager and she asked about scheduling and why I wanted to work there. Overall a standard process you would expect.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Apr 2017
Interview
Very conversational type interview. There was specific questions she asked from a template that many others have specified. Examples include, "How would you sell a product?", "What experience do you have with selling and did you have a hard goal to sell a big amount of product - how was that accomplished?"
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
The questions were fine, what made it nerve racking was the fact that it was a group interview. I was asked for a second interview but that's where my game was thrown off because the group was a little larger and got nervous. I would recommend this place only if your up for a group. I think I would have nailed it if it was one on one.
