The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview was super easy and basically consisted of questions about how you would handle certain customers, what types of products you would lead them to, what to do if a customer is looking for a gift and don't know what to get, how to do suggestive selling, etc. I got lucky getting my job because I applied just days before someone else was transferring to a different store. I love working for Bath & Body Works, it's a great place with lots of great people. (And it will make you stronger from having to lift a bunch of boxes.)
