The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Sept 2009
Interview
I applied in-store and called to check on my application. I was asked to come in for an interview for a seasonal position. It was a group interview and I think the store I applied to was severely understaffed, because everyone I interviewed with was hired. The seasonal staff was quite large, because the location gets extremely busy during holiday season. The questions asked during the interview were pretty basic (what is good customer service to you? etc) they are mostly looking for energetic outgoing people who are comfortable selling and approaching customers, friendly, etc.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
