Bassett Mechanical interview questions

Phone interview was conducted and the HR representative fairly rude and downplayed any experience that may have transferable skills. Having been apart of many phone interviews on both sides I wouldn't imagine being condescending to a candidate like that.

Long and unorganized. This organization appears to be suffering from growing pains. New management is in place, however a direction appears to be decided on the fly rather than planned out. This makes the interview process stop and go.
