Had a one day job fair where you came in filled out application then waited to be interviewed by department manager if they liked you then you were passed on to Human Resources for 2nd interview and job offer. HR set up the on boarding process of drug screen and background check

Informal interview on the spot at the corporate office. Was offered a job. The interview was one on one. Quickly got me into an orientation class. Printed my ID badge immediately.

Quick in person interview asking basic questions about my knowledge of the industry and customer base. Was over before I even knew it. They hire fast because people quit fast due to it being an awful job filled with racist people.

I went to the open house where I had to wait in line and be interviewed by a manager. A couple of weeks later panel interview with owner and two other managers
