Basis Research interview questions

15 minute recruiter screening call, two 30 minute calls (one with manager, another with director), one take home life sciences consulting case they give you 72 hours to complete followed by a 1-hour presentation and Q&A with another director and manager. Ghosted after final presentation interview despite being told they would get back to me within the week.

Really straightforward, casual. Meeting one of the senior directors in the team, they like to ask a lot of questions about motivations, why you're leaving current role, what are your career progression goals.
