I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Barton Associates (Keene, NH) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process was great! The process begun with a phone screening that was relaxed and friendly. The face to face interview had to the same vibe. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. Barton was quick to get back to me, they called about 24 hours afterwards with my offer. I am very excited to become a part of this team!

Interview
Reached out to me on LinkedIn. I was able to get on the phone and coordinate an onsite interview. The interview was very easy and straightforward with two of the sales managers. One manager had a horrible handshake in the Worcester office. The base pay is extremely low and they tell you how much commission you could potentially make. I got an offer the next day but denied it because I had another offer that was substantially better.

Interview
Was sat in a room with 2 Team leaders which at the time yes, did make me feel uncomfortable as I was expecting a one on one interview. I felt like at the time I was being analyzed more so with two individuals and they continue to do this on a day to day basis for others that are actively interviewing. Looks like they are training others to interview the same way.

Was also ems inking their lunch stressing how they don't have time for real foods in a joking manner at the time
