An internal recruiter reached out to me, but she was not responsive. I could tell that she had other people as a priority, so I had to wait a while for her to respond to my inquiries, usually 2-4 days after my first message. The first interview was a screening call with HR followed by a zoom call with three other people. The interview felt condescending because one of the people mocked my credentials. I got the vibe that he thought he was better and more intelligent. There was another person there, and you could tell that he didn’t want to be there. The entire interview lacked respect and was a waste of time because you’re interviewing with people who think they’re better than you or have no time to interview with you.

Pro - Recruiter was very friend and responsive. Cons - Hiring managers were worry about job security. - No career growth as they would like to hire engineers that stays as engineers. - No training and career development so they only hire people with specific experience so they don't have invest the time on you.
