Met with several people in a few weeks later was asked to do what was basically an IQ test. It has absolutely nothing to do with my job. There were little puzzles to solve with number, sequences and patterns in boxes and I had to identify the next pattern. There were 350 questions on personality. My favorite question was whether I ever feel like punching someone. Not joking about that question. The test took over three hours to complete and then had a meeting with an HR contact only to get a rejection email a week later a lot of time invested for a role that was paying 70% of what it should pay. I likely wouldn’t have taken the job anyway.
