Very well, met at entrance and directed through to the interview room
Was sat down by the construction manager and spoke about the position I was looking for.
Gave the information that he requested - NI no, review papers from college/citb
I appreciated the interview process, made me feel confident to be able to redo several times but no feedback provided. I didnt feel like I really the opportunity to unleash my potential however.

The interview process was a good experience i came out feeling confident, however, i was refused the role as they thought i did not attend the interview even though I didn which was such a shame as this was a very exciting role for me

Treated with kindness and consideration. The interview lasted about an hour, with two panellists. They only do one interview and get back to you within a week. The Sales Director and his P/A usually do the interviews.
