Easy, friendly interviewer over the phone, asked general questions about experience (uni, babysitting, extra-curriculars) and about childcare and scenario based questions involving children and managing behaviour. Was a good experience.

The inital interview was done over the phone for about 30 minutes, including a background check and details of what the role looks like day to day.

Scenario questions and what experience I had prior
Telephone interview where I was asked about experience, forms of child abuse and my preference for the role. Was a straight forward process. I got an offer but didn’t pursue the job.
