informal interview process I had 2 phone interviews and then they put an offer in front of me. The offer was firm and they left no room for negotiation. However, the offer was fair. The whole process took about 2 weeks but there was a glaring need to fill the position.

Zoom interview with two employees. One was friendly. The other made me feel intimidated. It was clear from the start it wasn’t going to work out from the energy I could read off of the more superior employee. I took a job elsewhere.
The interview process was fairly relaxed. I met a variety of people from across the business who were all very easy to talk to. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the company culture was relaxed and seemed very welcoming. Got to see the offices at the end of the interview
