Barons Media Inc. Web Developer interview questions

Initial interview is conducted at recruiter's office by their head of engineering. Besides the simple questions of why you want to work here and whats your future career plans, basic technical skills test is conducted as well. Second stage interview is conducted at their office with head of engineering and the owner, you are also introduced to other employees at this point. More in depth technical questions is asked at this point, you will be asked to write code on the whiteboard. There are also questions that don't have correct answers, evaluating your problem solving approach and considerations.
