Multiple phone "prep" interviews from HR to branch level to gauge company culture match. In-person interview twice at the branch with branch and regional manager. On-line aptitude tests (personality, ASVAB, company culture match). The interview process took 2+ months.

Poorly done - irrelevant questions. Very unusual questions for the role I planned to take with the company. Recruiting team dis organized. I was not kept in the loop on the process or informed of the next step in the process until the very last minute.
