applied online, had a phone interview with hr then a face to face interview in Leeds. the interview comprised of competency questions and technical questions. i.e demonstrate this skill being used, how did you overcome this obstacle. technical questions were specifics about pensions.

Interview
I applied online and received an invite to schedule an interview ~3 days later. I had the option of having a virtual or f2f interview, depending on what I was comfortable with (due to covid) but opted for virtual to fit it around my current role.
Interview consisted of a technical paper test, which was completed before the interview and then a interview with 2 managers.
The interviewers were really great at easing my nerves and made the whole interview feel informal.
The interview itself centred around my CV, my experience, technical questions and some competency based questions.
