I applied online. I interviewed at Barnaby Stewart (London, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Called and asked questions about my details and salary information before mentioning that he was actually looking for another role, not the one advertised. Quite sure the vacancy didn’t exist and it was a paid fishing expedition. Similar ads keep appearing regularly on exec search engines - vehicle to get market intelligence. So beware!

Interview
Applied to robust job ad on senior executive job site. Vague ad with good job description and fitted my experience 100%. Never heard a word. No follow up call was returned. Applied again for another role. Same result. Agree with other posts. This company doesn't seem transparent. No photos on linkedIn.

Question 1
Nothing. Rang and was asked some initial questions. Given a Mr Gray as the consultant attached to the role. Does he exist? Many of my peers think not! Our salary ranges £120-250K. All have had the same experience . All women, funny that.

Interview
Quick, very professional, over phone and videoconference. It took some 90 minutes for the interviewer to gather most of the information he needed. This is what I was expecting and could imagine. Very professional approach and concise. I wish I could have a similar experience with other interviews in the past.
