Barkley interview questions

The person who interviews me was super nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable when being interviewed. Definitely recommend looking into this job

There needs to be more communication. I understand everyone is busy and scheduling is challenging; however, my responses/follow-ups would go dark for 2+ weeks. Additionally, I made it to the final round for two different positions with a total of 7 interviews in around 8 hours. I was told that I was the top candidate, and they wanted me, and then I was ghosted. It was really disappointing that I had put so much time and effort outside of the interviews to prepare, with slide decks and documentation of projects, and the brand didn't have the decency to tell me that I didn't get the job. I understand this is a widespread practice for corporations, but to say I am their top pick, ghosted for two more weeks, and then rejected is ridiculous.
