Barings interview questions

Very friendly, good people, very smart and clearly good at what they do. The interviews I had were mostly behavioral and qualitative for the internship position I was being considered for.

Interviewed for a senior associate position, I'm absolutely shocked at how low the salary was and was told the salary I was looking for is vice president level. I had an analyst title and was paid more than their senior associates at my current firm. Highly generic interview, discussed my experience etc.
