Had numerous rounds and the interview questions were basic and in the end they gave feedback on my delivery vs actually fit or etc. Nothing crazy in terms of questions which is a flag when it comes to executive roles.
However what was soooooo weird was the HR lead was in the interviews. I think she has been there a long time and why she seems to have a dominating in the process vs any other organizations I've final interviewed with. I've also never ever had HR in the final round which was so weird and even the largest orgs do not even do that. It almost felt as if she was policing the process even though she knows nothing about marketing.
