The interview process consisted of 2 interviews, each with 2 senior members of staff and was completed in less than a week before meeting the team in a more casual environment. Overall the process was slick and efficient.

Interview
intetviewed by two senior members of the team in a meeting room. Interviewers asks you to talk them through your CV then start to aggressively fish for leads. After you have given a good number of examples they make up an excuse as to why that's not enough and that they would like more examples. They may then focus on leads for smaller organisations that they can easily contact.
If they do take this approach then I wouldn't be surprised if there is no real opportunity and that this is an elaborate fishing excercise. No genuine interviewer would risk loosing a candidate that they would genuinely like to hire with that kind of an interview.
