Barcelona Supercomputing Center Research Engineer II interview questions

I had three online interviews with the company with different people ( team lead, team members..). Their response was very late after each interview, and after the final interview, they didn’t update me with their decision even though I sent them follow-up emails. I find this very disrespectful to me as a candidate who spent time preparing and attending interviews.
