Interview
Standard App/Resume submission, followed by email, 30 min phone interview, and then a 2-hour tour & interview with a panel of Project Engineers, Engineering Managers, HR, and others. All interviewers very curious, and it was obvious that they were educated, talented, motivated, and loved their jobs.
