I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Baptist Health South Florida (Miami, FL) in Jul 2013
Interview
Very long hiring and interview process. Questions on interview are generic. Recruiters are at times confusing with description and information they provide to prospect employee. Too many interviews. Too many people interviewing prospect. Location of interviews vary and sometimes at the hospital and no direction on where to go is given.

Question 1
Because you have a degree in a different field, how do you plan on using that skill for this position you are applying for.
Tedious and dragged out. Very disjointed process and at times frustrated due to long turnaround times. Follow ups at times we’re not made, applicant had to do the extra to find out if they were a potential candidate and sometimes a straight answer wasn’t given due to fear of missing out on a candidate- literally left you hanging

Question 1
Depended on the department you were interviewing for and how many director managers you were being held to assist
The interview process was good. It’s a panel style interview therefore it’s important to understand the positions responsibilities and be prepared to answer difficult questions. My interview was via zoom so fortunately it was a very seamless experience.
