Interview
The CEO was disrespectful and dominated the interview even though there were three other people invited to do the panel interview. Questionable management practices. Unable to demonstrate viability of their business (i.e. slow to no growth).

CEO asked a lot of detail questions about past experience, easy enough to answer but he seemed to just want to get information rather than learn if I am good fit.
