When you're a returning staff member it's pretty quick and simple. Assuming you did a good job previously they'll want you back. I don't remember my first interview as well but it was pretty easy too.

I applied online. I got an email a few days after to call and schedule an interview. It was a really easy process and the interview was so basic. I asked about the experience with kids, what my strengths and weaknesses were. I was offered the job on the spot.
