I submitted my application online and was initially declined. Then a recruiter reached out and I forwarded my resume over for review. After a week, another recruiter reached out to schedule and interview with the hiring manager via online. Followed up with in-person interview with a divisional manager and EVP.

Interview
Met with team lead for an initial interview. Discussed past work experience and what value I could bring to the team. Completed a second interview with team lead and division director. Basically discussed the same thing as the first interview. No technical questions. Very much qualitative.
